On Feb 24,2015 Hardo was arrested for aggravated assualt against his second childs mother. Police also attached a additional charge of attemping to flee the scence. Hardo was set on releasing his first album and also music video “Mo Money” which was recently shot with a feature from Wiz khalifa. Now we will have to wait until the outcome of his preliminary hearing scheduled for March 19,2015 at Pittsburgh’s downtown magistrate court building.

Hardo was released on Tuesday Oct 21nd from a PA correctional institution after serving a little over a year behind bars due to drug charges which he was subsequently found not guilty by a Allegheny Common Plea judge in June. Hardo remained in jail for 4 months after the not guilty verdit pending a parole hearing. Once again Hardo is home finally free and plans on setting the streets on fire with his music!
